Application:

• Suitable for structure concrete repairing such as Column, Beam, Floor, Precast wall, Porosity of concrete and Patching steel plate

• Surface must be clean and without any dust, dirt, or coating materials such as oil stain, grease, paint, curing compound
• If the concrete surface is cracked should be repaired the cracks
• In case where the repair area is damaged to the reinforcing steel, clean the reinforcing steel, and apply an anti-rust agent before using GEL Repair Mortar for further repair work
• Should be cured the exist surface until saturated to prevent exist surface absorb water from GEL Repair Mortar

Mixing Method :

• Add water according to recommendation (5.0 5.5 Liters./Bag)
• Pour cement slowly for mixing by low-speed mixing drill

Application Process :

• Apply repair mortar with a trowel to repair the surface. It can be used with 1 or 2 layers, leaving the first layer to set for approximately 2 hours before applying the next layer.
• For corner repairing recommend 2 trowels for patching
• For overhead work, the water ratio can be adjusted to suit the job surface or working temperature.

Storage :

• The product may cause skin irritation, allergic reactions and respiratory irritation. If the product gets into your eyes should be rinsed with clean water running through the eyes. Suitable gloves and protective equipment should be worn when operating. Keep the product out of the reach of children. Be careful of dust generated during mixing.
